Rebekah from Faithful With the Little wrote a post called It’s OK to Tell God How You Are Feeling About Motherhood and it reflects a freedom that we often don’t even think about. We might know that we can be authentic and genuine with God, but do we practice it? Typically, in our hurt, despair or discouragement, or when we’re exhausted and overwhelmed, we hide away even from God. We hesitate to be honest with Him because we feel like failures.
“I can’t pretend that I don’t struggle and have hard days. I admit that I often lock myself in my room or bathroom and let those tears and emotions flow that have been pent up.“
