Another fantastic dish and easy to make if you cook the bacon ahead of time. This was so scrumptious that we all have seconds.
19oz filled tortellini (I used spinach & cheese filled but you can pick any)
10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c whipping cream
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain.
- Cook bacon, reserving 2 tbsp of drippings, and crumble.
- Add garlic cloves to bacon drippings, cook 30 seconds.
- Add in tortellini, bacon, parmesan cheese and whipping cream.
- Toss and serve.
