Paul told me that this was his new favorite “marinade” for chicken, and I must agree that it is really good. Took no time to put together and then we just threw it on the grill, easy-peasy!
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple-cider vinegar (I used white wine vinegar instead)
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts; halved
- Combine all ingredients except chicken.
- Make sure chicken is cut in half, you may need to pound the chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Put chicken in bag, pour marinade glaze over top and turn to coat.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 7 mins per side or until cooked through.
