I already shared one recipe for this, but I just tried this one and it’s just as good! Have fun with them both!
2-3 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
- Place onion in bottom of slow cooker and pork loin on top, sprinkle with garlic salt, red pepper, parsley, salt and pepper.
- In bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and brown sugar, pour over pork.
- Cook on LOW for 7 hours, or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
