Here’s one for chicken, too.
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
- In large bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Reserve a small amount of marinade to brush on kabobs during grilling.
- Place all kabob meat & veggies in bowl, marinate for at least 2 hours – the longer the better.
