We grilled kabobs not too long ago and the marinade was SO yummy that I thought I’d share.
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mustard
1-1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp meat tenderizer (optional)
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Mix well and add your meat.
- Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
