I don’t know where she got it, but my SIL gave me this recipe and it is so yummy! It’s easy too, so enjoy it yourself!
1 pkg coleslaw mix
1 pkg chicken ramen noodles
1 sm pkg sunflower seeds (1/2 c)
1 sm pkg slivered almonds (1/2 c)
3 chopped green onions
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp vinegar
2 tblsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
season packet from ramen mix
- Break up noodles; mix all salad ingredients together.
- Put dressing ingredients in a jar and mix. Shake vigorously, as sugar is hard to dissolve. Pour over salad about 1-2 hrs before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator.
