Here’s a super easy recipe for a summer favorite.
2 lb pork tenderloin
1 (14 oz) can of chicken broth
1 bottle of any flavor BBQ sauce
- Cut pork tenderloin in half and place it in a slow cooker.
- Pour chicken broth in the slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH 5 hrs or until pork shred easily with a fork.
- Drain well, and shred pork.
- Add BBQ sauce and let simmer on low-warm for 30 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns (toasted buns is optional).
