This is another favorite at our home, and it’s super easy since it uses the crock pot!
1-3 lb pork loin roast (boneless)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 16-oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp grated orange or lemon peel
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Cut pork in half and place in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Let pork stand 10 minutes before slicing, serve.
We usually eat some veggies or a salad and mashed potatoes with this recipe. I hope you enjoy it!
